This tool allows you to directly copy files from a public URL to Dropbox. It
is particularly useful if you find yourself in an area where internet is slow
or limited. Downloading and uploading large files to Dropbox from a spotty
internet connection is impractical.
Instructions

Authorize this tool to access Dropbox. (This is required for the
tool to obtain permission to list your available Dropbox folders
and upload files.)

Choose a destination Dropbox folder that you want the publicly
accessible file to be uploaded to.

Enter the URL of the publicly accessible file and click "Download".
